I tried to use this board for my car pc, but the M3 powersupply doesn´t fit in it because there is not enough space. Anyways I tried it with another PSU and the board is really performant. Navigation, Media, Web. It is nearly perfect, allthough the heatpipe of the processor gets quite hot.

I use this mobo in my homeserver for a private mysql, apache, torrent and storage server with a RAID card and 3 harddisks and ununtu server installed as the OS. The mobo is fanless but expects the case's ventillation to cool it. For me there was not enough ventillation (only fan in my server is in the PSU), so the CPU was on almost 100C. Because the builtin Celeron 220 runs on 1.2GHz, and I really don't need such computing power for the above mentioned tasks, I had plenty of room to downgrade the CPU for lower temperatures. For this I have used Intel's Integartor Toolkit to make a custom BIOS, with a lower CPU multipplier. Now the CPU runs only on 660MHz. With this step I was also able to decrease the voltage of the CPU from 1.32V to 1.15 by using the trick described here: http://www.exoid.com/?page_id=168. With these modifications the CPU never goes above 50C.

Wonderful little board. Works perfectly, I just plugged it to a hard drive and network, and use it as a server (web, netradio, downloads). Boots from USB, which made Linux/Debian net-install easy. And to top it off, it's been running for weeks without a fan, it's just sitting under my couch without a case. The proc stays between 60 and 70C under normal use. I'm still slightly worried about that, and carefully monitoring it.

Wonderful board, price is very good too. Same notes for vat payment as before: customers with vat number should pay vat to their own country.

I used that card for several applications: it is cheap and relaiable. If used in a box I strongly reccomend to activate the fan of the box. Any way, if compared for example with mini-itx, it heats just a little.
